Replacement / Refund Policy
We have a 5-day replacement / refund policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement / return. Order Delivery day is considered as Day 1.
To be eligible for a replacement / return, your item must be in the same condition in that Customer received, un-worn and unused, with tags, and its box inside courier bag must not be torn or cut opened except tape.
Below Evidences / Videos are mandatory for return / replacement :
1. Opening Video of Parcel.
2. Proof of purchase or Packing label.
3. Non-electronic item : Photo of the Product in which full product is visible.
4.. Electronic Item : Video of Product in which it must be shown that product is not working after trying as per the instructions provided on packaging or Customer Care.
If the Delivered product is according to the specifications shown at Website and customer still want to return, then the Rs.180 per Product will be deducted from the final refund amount as courier charges.
Orders which are received in damaged condition/ defective/ wrong product are eligible for Free replacement. Customer can choose either they want the same design/ size in replacement or the any other design/ size of same product.
However, If the design / size requested in replacement has higher value than the delivered product, then Customer has to pay the difference in Advance then only replacement item will be dispatched. Otherwise same design/ size will be sent as replacement.
Returnable items : First the damaged / defective / wrong product will be replaced, if Customer is not satisfied with the replaced item then only it will be eligible for the refund or if Customer want refund without replacement then there will be charges of Rs. 180 as courier charges which will be deducted from Refund amount.

NOTE : Customers who gives wrong information about received product , or use any kind of foul language/ threatening / trying to defame our website will not be eligible for refund or replacement and legal action can be taken against them.
Damages / Wrong Product / Empty parcel
Please make the opening Video of the parcel and inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Cosmetics, Lipsticks, etc.) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Products can be exchanged as per above policies, the fastest way to exchange the product is to share the required photos at the earliest. Once exchange request is accepted, new order will be placed automatically by the system.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be asked to provide the preferred payment method to get refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
